Empowering Hearts, Transforming Homes
Brave Hearts Foundation Inc. is dedicated to strengthening youth and families across Sarasota and Manatee Counties through mentorship, trauma-informed care, life skills education, and essential community support. We serve children and young adults ages 7 to 21, as well as their families, by addressing emotional, academic, and social challenges with compassion, consistency, and cultural awareness. Our mission is to build confident, resilient leaders and help families thrive by breaking generational cycles of hardship through holistic support, empowerment, and love.

Project Empower:
The Brave House Initiative
Brave Hearts Foundation, Inc. is excited to launch the Brave House project, a new 10,000 square-foot facility aimed at empowering at-risk youth. This innovative center will offer housing, education, mental health support, and career training to uplift and transform young lives.
