About Us
Brave Hearts Foundation Inc. is a nonprofit organization committed to empowering youth and strengthening families throughout Sarasota and Manatee Counties. We serve children and young adults ages 7 to 21, as well as their families, by offering mentorship, trauma-informed care, life skills workshops, academic coaching, emotional wellness support, and emergency assistance. Our programs are designed to help young people build confidence, resilience, and purpose while equipping caregivers with tools to create stable, supportive homes. Whether through leadership training, wellness check-ins, or community outreach, we are devoted to breaking generational cycles and creating a future where families thrive together.
